Refer a Friend Programme

The following terms apply to participation in the Lucky Block Refer a Friend Programme ("Programme"). By participating in the Programme, you agree to these terms in addition to the Lucky Block General Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Programme is available only to eligible Lucky Block account holders.

1.2. Participants will receive a unique referral link which may be shared with prospective new players.

1.3. A referred player must:

• register using the participant's unique referral link;

• be a new customer who has not previously registered or held a Lucky Block account;

• comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1.4. Referral relationships cannot be applied retrospectively where the referral link was not used during registration.

2. Referral Commission

2.1. Eligible participants will receive 25% of the House Edge generated from qualifying real-money wagers placed by referred players.

2.2. Referral commission is calculated only on settled qualifying wagers.

2.3. Referral commission is not earned from:

• bonus funds;

• free bets or promotional credits;

• voided, cancelled or refunded wagers; or

• any wagering activity deemed non-qualifying by Lucky Block.

2.4. Referral earnings are paid monthly in USDT to the participant's Lucky Block account.

3. Prohibited Activity

3.1. Participants must not:

• refer themselves, directly or indirectly;

• create, own or operate multiple accounts;

• refer accounts that they own, control or have access to;

• fund, deposit into or otherwise finance a referred player's account;

• place wagers on behalf of a referred player;

• manage or control the activity of a referred account;

• collude with another person to generate referral commission;

• artificially generate wagering activity or House Edge;

• use VPNs, proxy services, device spoofing or other methods to circumvent Lucky Block's fraud detection systems; or

• otherwise manipulate, abuse or exploit the Programme.

3.2. A referred account must be independently owned, funded and operated by the individual who registered it.

3.3. Where Lucky Block reasonably believes that a participant has funded, controlled or materially influenced a referred account in order to receive referral commission generated from that account's wagering activity or losses, such activity shall constitute referral fraud and no referral commission shall be payable.

4. Verification, Fraud & Enforcement

4.1. Lucky Block reserves the right to review any referral account, referral relationship or referral commission at any time.

Any referral earnings displayed within the account are estimates only and remain subject to verification and approval before payment.

Referral commission is provisional until Lucky Block has completed any eligibility, fraud and compliance reviews. Displayed or accrued commission does not guarantee payment.

4.2. Lucky Block may request identity verification, source of funds information or any other documentation reasonably required before approving referral commission payments.

4.3. Referral payments may be delayed while any review or investigation is ongoing.

4.4. Lucky Block reserves the right, acting reasonably, to determine whether referral activity is genuine and may withhold, reverse, cancel or refuse payment of any referral commission where it reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, collusive or non-genuine activity, whether or not such activity is expressly described in this section.

4.5. Where Lucky Block reasonably suspects or determines that these Terms have been breached, it may, at its sole discretion:

• withhold, reverse or recover referral commission;

• remove referrals from the Programme;

• suspend or terminate participation in the Programme;

• suspend or close any related account(s); and

• take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the Lucky Block platform.

5. Changes to the Programme

5.1. Lucky Block reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the Programme, including the commission rate, eligibility requirements or these terms, at any time.

5.2. Continued participation in the Programme following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
